Ready to kick things up a notch in your fermentation game? Join Ashley Pharazyn of My Quaint Traditions to learn the art of fermented salsa and fermented vegan kimchi.

Hands-on: Participants will get involved in various stages of the process, working together to create batches of salsa & kimchi.

Accessibility: This workshop takes place in a garage-like shelter with a concrete floor. Participants will be at work stations with chair or stool seating. There will be at least one space in the front row with priority seating for any attendees using a wheelchair.

Ashley Pharazyn is a holistic health coach and certified teacher of Traditional Wisdom Modern Kitchen who believes that food is medicine. Through her own healing journey Ashley has discovered fermented foods that can help heal and repair the body. Ashley teaches a variety of classes and workshops from sauerkraut to kombucha and enjoys inspiring people to get into their kitchens to create nourishing meals.
