Become a Volunteer

Festival-day Volunteers

You commit to spending two half-day shifts (roughly four hours each) on one of our crews over the fest weekend. At this time we are only accepting applicants who can attend both days. If you would like to volunteer and can only make it out one day, please let us know and we’ll add you to a wait-list. There are very limited pre-and-post-fest positions, which are full-day shifts as it opens up the volunteer to attend the entire fest weekend. All volunteers come to the farm a few weeks before the fest for a volunteer celebration and tour of the fest grounds. Volunteer positions are limited to about 50 big-hearted people, so apply early!

Our thanks:

  • Weekend Entry Ticket for two half-days or one full-day shift
  • Fest Bucks (wood token) redeemable for a drink or snack at Fest Food Lane each day
  • Pre-fest farm party & tour
  • Credit toward workshops ($20 each day)
  • Complimentary campsite in the beautiful Crew Campground

You’ll find more detail on all of the positions below, and if you have any questions let us know and we’ll answer them.
