You commit to spending two half-day shifts (roughly four hours each) on one of our crews over the fest weekend. At this time we are only accepting applicants who can attend both days. If you would like to volunteer and can only make it out one day, please let us know and we’ll add you to a wait-list. There are very limited pre-and-post-fest positions, which are full-day shifts as it opens up the volunteer to attend the entire fest weekend. All volunteers come to the farm a few weeks before the fest for a volunteer celebration and tour of the fest grounds. Volunteer positions are limited to about 50 big-hearted people, so apply early!
You’ll find more detail on all of the positions below, and if you have any questions let us know and we’ll answer them.
In your application, you will be given the option to select your first and second choice, as space is limited. Thank you for joining the team!
All of the tasks below are the business side of the mullet. The other side is the party side, which is all about creating an inviting, safe and fun space for all attendees, and helping them have the BEST fest experience possible.

Children in the Kids’ Area are the responsibility of their parents. This is not a child-minding area. That means as a volunteer, your job is to help with facilitation of kids’ area activities and workshops – and help our little homesteaders have a blast!
