Heard that sprouts are super healthy, but those dried out trays at the grocery store leave you cold? Do people say you “should” eat more beans but they take a long time to prepare and aren’t that tasty? Are you tired of pony-ing up too much of your hard earned cash for “those” healthy seed crackers?

Join Danielle and Reta – traditional food teachers who love hanging out and cracking wise – as they whip up tasty (and easy) seed crackers and show you how to sprout in your own kitchen, with equipment you already have! They will share tips and tricks to harnessing nuts, seeds, and beans in your own kitchen!

 

NOTE: Due to very limited capacity in kitchen workshops, registration is limited to ONE kitchen workshop per attendee, while spaces are available.
