“Sourdough for Starters” is an interactive workshop dedicated to getting you going on adding the flavour of Sourdough Bread to your life! Cora Wiens, of Eadha Bread, will share the basics of maintaining a sourdough starter, and get a step by step guide on baking the classic crusty, chewy sourdough bread at home.
Participants will get to take home a sourdough culture. Get your hands into some dough so you know what it feels like when its ready, taste some sourdough bread on its own AND paired with select varieties and flavours of locally crafted Bothwell Cheese.
NOTE: Due to very limited capacity in kitchen workshops, registration is limited to ONE kitchen workshop per attendee.
