Tom Nagy, of Barefoot Foods, will guide participants in putting together a few oyster mushroom ‘kits’ using mushroom mycelium (‘spawn’) and soaked hardwood fuel pellets – a wonderfully affordable and widely available substrate for oyster mushrooms. The prepared kits will be given as prizes to workshop participants through a draw.
